These terms govern your use of Systemize360. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Systemize360 provides automation agents that act on your behalf across connected third-party services. Features available to you depend on the agents included in your subscription.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, and authorised to act for any business account you connect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
- Violate the terms or platform policies of any connected service, including the Meta Platform Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users’ data.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without our written permission.
Connected accounts
When you link a third-party account, you authorise us to access and act on it as needed to run the features you enable. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an account at any time from your settings.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid agents are billed per agent on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. We retain all rights in the platform itself.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where practical.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated agents may produce inaccurate output; you are responsible for reviewing what is published under your accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the platform or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
