Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Systemize360 (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-agent automation platform that connects to third-party services on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password hash when you register.
- Connected account data. When you link a third-party account such as a Facebook Page, we store the access tokens and the account identifiers needed to act on your behalf.
- Content you direct us to process. Posts, messages, schedules, and other material you create in or send through the platform.
- Billing information. Subscription status and customer identifiers from our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data. Log records, IP address, browser type, and timestamps used for security and troubleshooting.
Facebook and Instagram data
If you connect a Meta account, we request only the permissions needed for the features you enable — typically reading your list of Pages, reading Page engagement, and publishing content you have scheduled. We use this data solely to operate those features inside your account. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are revoked when you disconnect the account or delete your Systemize360 account.
How we use your information
- To operate the features you have enabled and run the automations you configure.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process subscription payments.
- To provide support and diagnose faults.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and the AI model providers that power our agents — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and revoke connected-account tokens within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Third-party access tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. See our data deletion instructions for how to remove your data.
Children
Systemize360 is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be notified by email.
