How it works

Three steps from sign-up to autopilot

No agent frameworks to learn. No prompts to engineer. Just connect, pick, and walk away.

01

Connect

Sign in with email or Microsoft. Connect Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, ClickUp — whatever tools you already use.

02

Pick agents

Choose any of the 16 agents at $5/month each. Add or remove anytime — Stripe prorates everything.

03

Walk away

Agents run on schedule, on triggers, or on demand. You get summaries, tasks, reports, and answers — without lifting a finger.

The 16 agents

Every agent, grouped by the job it does

Mix and match — you only ever pay for the agents you actually turn on.

Project Management

Triage your inbox, capture meeting action items, and manage your team with a virtual project manager that joins your calls.

Email to Task Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Anyone who wants their inbox triaged into tasks automatically

The Email to Task Agent watches your Microsoft 365 or Gmail inbox on a schedule, identifies actionable threads, and creates tasks in ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or Slack with a title, description, assignee, priority, and due date. Filters by allowed senders, subject prefixes, and sensitive keywords so noise stays out.

  • Microsoft 365 and Gmail — connect either or both
  • Routes tasks to ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or Slack
  • Allowed-sender, subject-prefix, and keyword filters; deduplicates processed emails

Meeting to Task Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Teams running standups, client calls, or hiring loops

The Meeting to Task Agent pulls transcripts from Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Extracts action items into your task manager (ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or Slack), generates per-person standup summaries, and flags interviews for the separate Interview Scoring Agent.

  • Microsoft Teams + Chrome Extension for Zoom / Meet / Teams Web
  • Action items pushed to ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or Slack; standup recaps per attendee
  • Flags interview meetings and hands them off to the Interview Scoring Agent (separate agent)

Virtual Project Manager

$5/mo

Best for: Teams who want every call captured and transcribed automatically

The Virtual Project Manager joins your Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet meeting as a bot via Recall AI. You can talk to it in realtime and get project updates from the team. Auto-discovery works for Teams calendar events; Zoom and Meet meetings can be joined manually by URL.

  • Joins Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet via Recall AI
  • Real-time voice interaction with customizable bot name and wake words
  • Transcripts feed straight into the Meeting to Task Agent pipeline

Human Resource

Score CVs against job descriptions, evaluate interview transcripts with rubric-based scoring, and discover prospects at scale.

ATS Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Recruiters and hiring managers buried in CVs

Pulls CVs from OneDrive, SharePoint, email inbox, and email folders. Parses PDF, DOCX, and TXT, extracts candidate data, and scores against your job description with weighted criteria (All Configurable).

  • Auto-ingest from OneDrive, SharePoint, email inbox, and email folders
  • Weighted JD scoring with location, experience, and must-have-skills filters
  • Paginated candidate table with full CV viewer and scoring breakdown

Interview Scoring Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Hiring panels using Microsoft Teams for interviews

The Interview Scoring Agent picks up interviews the Meeting to Task Agent surfaces and scores the candidate on five dimensions: Communication, Technical, Problem Solving, Culture Fit, and Confidence (each 0–100). Auto-links the score back to the matching ATS candidate via email or name match.

  • 5-dimension scoring with a weighted overall score
  • Recommendation: strong_hire / hire / maybe / no_hire / strong_no_hire
  • Auto-links to ATS candidates via email → exact name → partial name match

BDM Agent

$5/mo

Best for: B2B sales, BDRs, and founders building outbound lists

Searches for target companies via SerpAPI, scrapes their sites for size, founding year, and social links, finds key personnel (CEO, CTO, founders, VPs) on LinkedIn and team pages, and enriches contacts with pattern-generated emails plus scraped phones — each verified with a confidence score.

  • Company discovery with geo and size filters
  • LinkedIn + team-page scraping for execs and founders
  • Email + phone enrichment with verification and confidence scoring

Cyber Security

Find vulnerabilities before attackers do — scan websites and networks, get clear risk ratings, and ship the fixes the AI suggests.

Cyber Security Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Agencies, ops teams, and indie product owners

Runs a read-only passive scan against any website you own — covering all OWASP Top 10 categories, headers, SSL/TLS, DNS, and cookie security — and grades it A+ to F. An optional Deep Scan runs the AI in depth mode to re-analyze findings with attack-chain reasoning and exports a formatted PDF report.

  • OWASP Top 10 + headers + SSL/TLS + DNS + cookie checks
  • Letter grade (A+ to F) plus an AI executive summary
  • Optional Claude Code Deep Scan with live SSE stream and PDF export

Vulnerability Scanner Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Sysadmins, ops teams, and freelance ops consultants

The Vulnerability Scanner Agent connects to any Windows or Linux server via SSH (password or key, AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest). It runs seven groups of read-only diagnostic commands — network, processes, users, services, security events, patches, persistence — and OpenAI returns structured findings with severity, evidence, and recommended remediations.

  • SSH-based — no agent or daemon installed on the target
  • Seven command groups including registry persistence and event-log triage
  • AI risk score (0–100), severity-tagged findings, and exec summary

Personal Growth

Learn with an AI tutor, ship code from trending repos, research anything in depth, and show up consistently on social media.

AI Coach

$5/mo

Best for: Learners, upskillers, and side-quest builders

Pick a topic. The coach asks 4–5 questions to gauge your level, then generates a 3–6 module curriculum (15–40 lessons) tailored to you. Switch between Lesson, Q&A, Quiz, and Practice modes. Skill level adjusts automatically based on your quiz performance — up after 90%+ scores, down after weak ones.

  • Skill assessment + tailored curriculum (3–6 modules, 15–40 lessons)
  • Lesson, Q&A, Quiz, and Practice session modes
  • Adaptive skill level + multiple coaches per user with independent progress

Git Coder Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Builders and indie hackers chasing the edge

The Git Coder Agent scrapes github.com/trending plus an OpenAI web search for true-velocity signals. For each candidate, it generates a structured build plan from the README and emails it to you with one-click Approve / Reject buttons. On approval, a headless Claude Code SDK subprocess scaffolds and ships the build into a workspace folder, with a budget cap and unlimited auto-retry on transient errors.

  • GitHub Trending scrape + OpenAI web search, deduped and ranked
  • Email approval with single-use tokens; in-app approve / reject too
  • Claude Code SDK build with command blacklist and budget cap

Researcher Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Strategy work, due diligence, market research

Ask any question, optionally tag a topic, pick a depth. The agent runs multi-source web search, weighs sources, and writes a structured report (500–800 / 1,000–2,000 / 2,000–4,000 words) with every source tracked and a relevance score. Download the result as a PDF.

  • Three depth modes: brief, standard, detailed
  • Source tracking with URLs, titles, and relevance scores
  • PDF download per report; full paginated history

Social Media Manager

$5/mo

Best for: Solopreneurs, agencies, and content teams

The Social Media Manager lets you upload markdown describing a project, define one or more free-form personalities (Professional, Snarky, Founder voice — anything you can describe), and cycles through them on a schedule. Each post evolves — a memory window of recent posts is folded into the prompt so the storyline progresses without looping.

  • Free-form user-defined personalities cycled round-robin
  • Configurable text + image models (e.g. gpt-4o-mini + dall-e-3)
  • Memory window prevents repeats; manual / interval / cron scheduling

General

Summarize YouTube channels, curate news digests, build a knowledge base, and talk to all agents by voice.

YouTube Summary Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Researchers, learners, and anyone tracking creators

Paste a YouTube URL for a 4–6 sentence summary, 6–10 takeaways, topic tags, and a type classification (tutorial / podcast / review / etc.). Or track an entire channel — the agent watches the public RSS feed on schedule and auto-summarizes new uploads (with a no-backfill first-scan policy and a per-run cap so bursty creators do not overrun your budget).

  • On-demand summaries with key takeaways and topic tags
  • Channel tracking on manual / interval / cron schedules
  • No-backfill on first scan, per-scan cap, per-channel model override

NewsFeed Agent

$5/mo

Best for: Founders, analysts, and comms teams

Create any number of independent feeds, each with its own keywords, schedule, and depth. Real-time articles come from a multi-source web search. Digests are generated in three depth modes: Brief (3–5 stories), Standard (5–8 stories with a Quick Bites section), or Detailed (deep-dives plus an Analysis paragraph).

  • Multiple independent feeds, each with its own schedule
  • Brief / Standard / Detailed depth modes
  • Paginated run history with full digest viewer per run

Knowledge Base RAG

$5/mo

Best for: Anyone with too much past context to recall manually

Knowledge Base RAG indexes everything every other agent produces — research reports, ATS candidates, interview scores, meeting transcripts, BDM results, security scans, YouTube summaries — plus OneDrive folders, SharePoint, and GitHub repos. Embeddings live in PostgreSQL via pgvector; RAG returns grounded answers with cited source chunks.

  • pgvector semantic search across 11 source types
  • Cited answers with link-backs to the original chunks
  • Per-source-type enable/disable, configurable chunk size and embedding model

Voice Hub

$5/mo

Best for: Multitaskers, drivers, and accessibility-first users

A voice console that lets you control every agent by speaking. Responses stream back as text and audio.

  • 57 tools spanning all agents (config, triggers, queries, conversation)
  • Continuous conversation with barge-in support
  • Browser-only voice (Chrome / Edge) — no extra services to set up

FAQ

Common questions

Everything most folks ask before signing up.

What is the budget cap?
Each agent comes with a $4/month OpenAI cost cap so your bill stays predictable. If an agent hits its cap, it pauses new processing until next month — but you still see all your past data, completely read-only. Bring your own OpenAI key any time to remove the cap.
Can I share access with my team?
Yes. Each agent supports per-agent sharing with email approval — invite a teammate, they get read-only access to that agent only. Granular, revocable, and there is no extra seat fee.
Do I need my own OpenAI key?
No. We provide a managed key with the $4 cap per agent. If you prefer to use your own key (no cap, your own billing relationship), drop it into Settings and we will route through it instead.
What if I only need one agent?
Pick exactly the ones you need at $5 each per month. No bundles, no minimums. Add agents as you grow, remove them as your needs change — Stripe prorates everything.
How do agents run — am I always clicking buttons?
Most agents run on schedule (e.g., daily news digest, hourly channel scan), on trigger (new email arrives, candidate applies), or on demand. The whole point is that you set them up once and walk away.
Where does my data live?
In your isolated workspace on our servers — Postgres for structured data, encrypted at rest. Nothing is shared with other accounts. Cancel and we export or delete your data on request.
